As part of a school curriculum in initial training, you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

This internship is to be filled from February 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

We are looking for an intern that will support Digital Solution who will be joining us at Airbus in Toulouse (Colomiers site), France.

You will be joining the department Customer relations & Support Operations which activities include Support Operations monitoring

Complete briefly with:

Airbus Customer Services Digital Solutions is in charge of providing Digital Products to Airlines and MRO (Maintenance and Repair Organization) in the field of Maintenance Operations.

The Airbus Customer relations & support Operations department has a transversal role towards Digital Solutions department.

One of our main activities is to ensure our Support Operations provided to the Customers are within the SLA (Service Level Agreement): provide on time and on quality answer to our Customers

To further improve our Customer Satisfaction we have put in place Support operations monitoring based on Techrequest Analytics tools and CONTOUR tools.

Airbus Consulting team has the project to put in place dedicated monitoring dashboard for Customers as well as for internal purposes to allow regular monitoring review.

Within the Customer relations & support operations department, you will work the prototyping of dashboards for Customers and internal staff based on Techrequest analytics and CONTOUR tools.

Summarize in a phrase: develop Dashboard for Customers and internal purposes based on Techrequest analytics / Contour to improve Customer Satisfaction.

  • Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include :

  • -perform As-Is on Customer Dashboard and propose axis of improvement
  • - -develop and  test Customer dashboard
  • Train and provide training material to staff
  • Required skills:
  • You are preparing a Degree in Information Systems or equivalent (level Bac+4/5), with specialisation in Project Management.
  • Ideally you have some experience/skills in Information systems and KPI development.
  • You have a good knowledge of Project Management.
  • Very good general IT knowledge with basic database know how.
  • Knowledge of tools such as: CONTOUR/SLATE.
  • Good interpersonal skills and Team player.
  • Intermediate level of English; advanced level of French.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
