Responsibilities:

  • Plan, negotiate and execute Digital Media campaigns based on business objectives.
  • Develop and manage Paid Search strategies for the requested markets.
  • Provide and execute recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with the overall marketing goals.
  • Day by day ‘hands on’ optimisation of PPC campaigns including keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, budget allocation and landing page development.
  • Ensure full tracking is in place and that internal reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis is granular and relevant to the business needs. Full control on Analytics and Tag Management for the activity managed.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers of the channel providers in order to maximize the effectiveness of spend, as well as getting to test the latest features available.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be enthusiastic towards testing new paid search tactics, features and tools.
  • Generate meaningful weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Assess campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of knowledge of both best practice and strategy in the management of paid search media.
  • Align with the SEO team for keywords research and opportunities.
  • Display advertising management through AdWords and other platforms.


Requirements:

  • AdWords / Bing certification with an in-depth knowledge of these platforms.
  • Google Analytics certification and Tag management certification desirable.
  • 3–5 years experience in Paid Search, preferably from a digital agency background.
  • Experience in Double Click Campaign Manager is a must. Experience in trading on Programmatic Platforms would be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Experience with Paid Social would be a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
